A Servant's Heart and truths

As a business owner and a believer, I find myself often in places of great challenges. I feel as if I am in a great battle and perhaps even feel, defeated. I have a deep passion for people and for serving, this I know. Trying to bridge that into running a moving, successful business has sure brought me to some moments of "powerless-ness" (is that a word?) LOL.
Perhaps I do not feel successful at all. I am just running.
How can I be serving when I am just running?
